This policy explains what personal information Amenities Era collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It applies to the contact form, the order request form and the server logs behind them.

What we collect and why
We only collect what you send us. We do not buy personal data, and we do not build profiles.

Providing this information is voluntary, but we cannot answer an enquiry or process an order without it.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to an order: [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 12 months] from your last message.

Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. We use a small number of processors who handle it only on our instructions:

This website sets no cookies. It loads no advertising, social or profiling scripts, and the fonts are served from our own server rather than a third party, so visiting these pages does not disclose your IP address to anyone else.

Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Form submissions and uploaded logo files are stored on our server outside the public web directory, so they cannot be reached from the internet, and access is limited to the people who need it to process your order.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or provide it in a portable format. You may also object to processing we base on legitimate interests. Write to office@amenitiesera.com and we will respond within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, Sofia 1592, kzld.bg — or to the supervisory authority in your own country.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing customers will be sent by email.
